The workshop covers the basics of backflips. For those who have already performed backflips, there will be additional exercises, such as changing direction and increasing speed.
You'll also get tips and ideas for practicing on your own later on.
Backside carving will take you toward a smooth and dynamic ride. You'll gradually learn to carve at higher speeds and carry your carve all the way through to the turn. Welcome to the workshop!
